Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- The item must be in its original, unworn condition, with all accompanying certificates, packaging, and documentation.
- Custom or engraved jewelry, final sale items, and resized rings are not eligible for return.
- Returns must be initiated by the original purchaser and accompanied by proof of purchase (example- receipt/bill)
Return Process:

- Securely package the item, including all original packaging, certificates, and documentation. Items without the original certification will be subject to a replacement fee.
- Ship the package using an insured and trackable shipping method. LAMHE Diamonds not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Once received, our team will inspect the item. If the return meets our eligibility criteria, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
- If a discount or promotional offer was used, the refund will reflect the adjusted purchase price.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a resolution. Write an email addressing the problem and attachan unpacking video of the product. We will provide a prepaid return label and ensure a swift replacement or refund.
